Q: What can I do if I want to change the caregiver after hiring them?
A: Nursing staff can be replaced. Please contact our specialist to follow up.

Q: How are the working hours of nursing staff arranged?
A : Customers can arrange their work hours as needed (reasonable working hours), and we provide services 24 hours a day, allowing family members to flexibly arrange their lives.
