Q: How do I choose the right nursing care category?
A: Nurses have different nursing experience and service scopes. Family members can choose according to the nursing level of the elderly/patients, or they can choose a suitable nurse through our specialists' understanding and advice.


Q: I have never worked with or hired a caregiver before. What should I do if I hire one and find the service unsuitable?
A: Nursing services are very flexible and not restrictive. Clients can add or reduce services according to their individual needs.

Q: Is it generally necessary to hire a caregiver on a monthly basis?
A: Nursing services are calculated by the hour, with no restrictions or forced consumption. You can choose the number of hours of service you need.

Q: What can I do if I want to change the caregiver after hiring them?
A: Nursing staff can be replaced. Please contact our specialist to follow up.

Q: How are the working hours of nursing staff arranged?

: Customers can arrange their work hours as needed (reasonable working hours), and we provide services 24 hours a day, allowing family members to flexibly arrange their lives.
