Arranging Hospital / Clinic Visit Service

We provide point-to-point escorting services to medical appointments. All our PCW, HW and HCA are available to accompany clients to hospitals, residential care homes, General Out-patient Clinics (GOPC), or private medical facilities across Hong Kong as required.

Our escorts will typically depart from the client’s or elderly person’s home and travel to the destination by public transport or on foot, according to instructions. They will assist with registration, and — with the patient’s consent — attend the medical consultation together with the patient. In addition, our escorts will help collect prescribed medication and make follow-up appointments for the next consultation.
