Easy-care package for elderly discharged from hospital

1. Our caregivers will accompany elderly patients or patients to the hospital upon discharge;
2. Assist with arranging return transportation and accompany the guest home; (Note: The guest needs to pay for the transportation, including the caregiver, whether it is a taxi or ride-hailing service).

3. Assist the elderly or patients to transfer to bed (to ensure their safety, two caregivers may be needed; please contact our consultant for details), clean and wipe their bodies, and assist with showering if possible;
4. Feeding and/or assisting the elderly or patients in purchasing convenient meals ( health care worker/health service assistant level can support nasogastric feeding);
5. Organize the beds and furniture used for resting in the residences of the elderly or patients to facilitate their daily life.
