1. Our company assists in arranging for a practicing lawyer to meet with the elderly at a designated location to obtain instructions on the will and/or enduring power of attorney;

2. The practicing lawyer is responsible for drafting the will and/or enduring power of attorney as instructed; and

3. Our company assists in arranging for registered practicing lawyers and psychiatrists to witness the mental condition of the elderly and sign documents at designated locations.
